Mental Health issues affects one in four people, so it's quite likely that you, a family member or a friend may suffer at some point.

However, there's plenty of support available if you are needing it.
One way you can all help is to talk to people who you think might be struggling with daily living.
Simple conversations can change the direction of an entire life. So when someone you know is going through a difficult time, it's OK to ask how they are - and if you feel like you need to speak to someone, it's OK to say no.
The Heads Together campaign promoted by Prince Harry and Prince William features people from all walks of lief talking about the life-changing conversation that helped them cope with their mental health problems - from anxiety, alcoholism and depression to loneliness, trauma and bereavement.
